In this episode Mario is tired of people not respecting and walking all over him and he sees an advertisement on TV call rent a soul. The soul will basically change your personality to the personality of who inhabits it and Mario thinks if he does this with a tough soul Jeffy will respect him. When he goes to buy the soul he meets the dolphin guy and the dolphin guy is the guy with the tough soul.
